I'm having trouble with video and audio sync after RW or FF.

If you re-encode the file (yes this will take much longer , but you will be much,much pleased with the results I assure you) then your

issues may be fixed.

Settings:

Select output container = avi

Select codec = Xvid

Select Audio = mp3

You can then select video size to your requirements , I suggest you use the audio bit rate of at least 128 or 192.

Also keep the file size of each created file under 1gb , most people select 750mb in size.

You will find the converted video wil play very well on your Mg-350HD.

I am having problems using the private folder functionality on the MG-350HD.

In order for you NOT TO SEE the private folder in the MG350 file browser,the setting in the setup tab of the Setup area of the 350

must be SET TO OFF - ON means you can SEE the folder.

Is there any way to reset private folder password back to the default?

The "factory reset Procedure" will do this for you - but it will also reset all the other things you have setup , i.e. Wep key ,

wireless settings etc etc.

Initiallization (Factory Reset) for MG-350HD

1) Turn on the unit.

2) Press 'SET UP' button

3) Press '0 8 5 2' on the remote control.

4) Press the 'left arrow・' button.

5) Press the 'OK' button.

After this, please wait 3 to 5 minutes and power off and power on again.
